I haven’t received my earnings, who can I speak to?

💰Don’t panic, we’re here to help!

If your earnings haven’t arrived, please make sure you’ve checked the following:

💳 Your payment details – These must be up-to-date. Head to Payouts from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your dashboard, then choose Payout Settings. Add your details if you haven’t already.

📈You are above the threshold – Payments can only be made to accounts above the $50 threshold. You can check your balance from your dashboard, or under your Payout settings.

🛒You have requested a payout – You need to manually request a payout once you hit $50. This can be done by heading to your icon in the top-right corner, choosing Payouts, and then selecting the Request Payout button.

📅You have waited until the 15th of the month – Once your payout request has been made, you will need to wait until the 15th of the month to receive your earnings. If you request after the 15th, you will need to wait for the following payout month.
