There are various reasons that your Pre-save link might not have worked:
- The date and time that you set when making the Pre-save has not yet passed.
- Your release is not yet live on stores – please make sure your release’s sales start date and the date of release you set in your Pre-save are the same.
- You’ve used incorrect URLs in your Pre-save. You can only use URLs to your release or track on Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music or Amazon Music. Using playlist or artist page URLs will not work.
