What is Automatic sync for Audience integrations?

When you activate an Audience integration, Automatic Sync is enabled by default. This means any new contacts collected through your links are immediately sent to your connected platform, requiring no manual effort.

If you prefer to control when contacts are sent, you can disable this feature. To turn it off, open the Integration Details panel by either:

  • Clicking the cog icon (⚙️) on the integration card on the Settings page.
  • Clicking the platforms logo on the Audience page.

Once in the panel, simply toggle Automatic Sync off.

When disabled, new contacts will no longer sync automatically. You will need to return to the Integration Details panel and press the “Sync Audience” button to manually send your latest contacts to your platform.
