To create an Instagram account, first head to Instagram either on web, or by downloading the app. You must be 13 or over to make an account.

If you have a Facebook account, you can use this to create an Instagram account. These accounts will then be linked.

However, if you don’t have an account, you will be required to input your personal details. Then you will need to select a password and choose a username.

Once you have created your account, you will be able to remain logged in to your account on the Instagram app.
