❌ By uploading to PUSH, you are agreeing to follow our rules of service. With this, there are certain things we will not accept. It is important you are aware of this before uploading your content to our platform.

🛑 Anyone found to be violating these rules, will have their account immediately suspended or terminated. If your content is found to be in breach of the fullest extent of the law, PUSH.fm will prosecute.

✅ You must have all the necessary right for reproduction and distribution of the content you are uploading. Your content cannot contain any of the following themes:

  • Violence
  • Defamation
  • Illegality
  • Pornography
  • Obscenity
  • Incitement of hatred (to any individual or group of people)
  • Discrimination of any kind (to any individual or group of people)
  • Anything that discloses a private individual’s personal data without their express permission.
  • Reselling – you have to have created or own the rights to the digital file you’re selling.
  • Copyrighted or trademarked content.
  • Products, content or material that infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Sales of online traffic or engagement or any similar service.
  • Software keys for software that was not created by you.
  • Hack codes or software or similar.
  • Any kind of physical good or service.
  • Gift cards, gift vouchers or similar.
  • Fraudulent, phishing or malware content or schemes.
  • Illegal products or services.
  • Gambling, sweepstakes or similar.
  • Web hosting or servers.
  • APK, IPA, EXE, BAT or DLL files.
  • Impersonation or attempts to impersonate companies, services, organisations or similar.


⚠️ Our rules are in place to protect both our users and anyone potentially featured within the content uploaded. This is why we will not accept any violations of our terms.

❗We also will not accept any form of the following:

  • Malware
  • Spam
  • Phishing links
