Why isn’t my digital file or reward downloading?
😣 You’ve completed the actions, but can’t access the file?
Once you’ve completed the relevant actions within a Reward Link, the file should automatically download. If it doesn’t then there might be an issue preventing the file from being able to transfer.
It could be an error with the creation of the Reward Link. However, before contacting the creator, please check the following:
- Make sure your browser allows downloads, or doesn’t have any active pop-up blockers.
- Look into your system settings – can you download files? Or, have you turned off any options to?
- Have you completed any mandatory actions? You may have completed an action, but possibly missed the mandatory ones.
- Have you performed enough actions? Some artists require a minimum amount of actions to be completed.
Alternatively, if the issue does not lie within one of these options, it could be down to the creator. Perhaps the Reward Link creator has set their link to display a secret message, or URL rather than a downloadable file. Please check the link again to confirm what type of reward you should be expecting.
